At Doontaxiwale, we value our customers and understand that circumstances may arise when you need to cancel a booking or request a refund. Please read this Cancellation and Refund Policy carefully to understand our guidelines and procedures.

 1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 Passenger Cancellations:
1.1.1 Standard Cancellations: Passengers can cancel their booking at any time before the driver arrives at the pickup location. Cancellations made within a reasonable timeframe are usually free of charge if applicable. However, if a passenger repeatedly cancels a booking without reasonable cause, we reserve the right to suspend or restrict their access to our services.
1.1.2 Driver’s Arrival: Once the driver has arrived at the pickup location, any cancellations will be subject to our standard cancellation fee, which may vary depending on the specific circumstances and location.
1.2 Driver Cancellations:
1.2.1 Driver Unavailability: In the event that a driver is unable to fulfill a confirmed booking, we will make our best efforts to assign a replacement driver. If a replacement driver cannot be found within a reasonable timeframe, passengers will be notified, and a full refund will be issued.

 2. Refund Policy

2.1 Passenger Refunds:
2.1.1 Payment Errors: If you experience a payment error or are charged incorrectly, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will investigate and process a refund if necessary.
2.1.2 Cancellation Refunds: Refunds for passenger cancellations will be made according to the cancellation policy outlined in section1.
2.1.3 Driver No-Show: If a driver fails to arrive at the pickup location within a reasonable timeframe and a replacement driver is not available, a full refund will be issued to the passenger.
2.2 Driver Refunds:
2.2.1 Payment Errors: If drivers experience payment-related issues, such as incorrect earnings, they should promptly contact our driver support team for resolution.
2.2.2 Passenger Cancellations: If a passenger cancels a booking after a driver has arrived at the pickup location, drivers will receive compensation based on our standard cancellation fee policy.

 3. Refund Processing

3.1 Method: Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.
3.2 Processing Time: Refunds may take 5-7  business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
