At Doon Taxiwale, we understand that plans can change. While we strive to offer maximum flexibility, we also ensure fairness to our drivers who commit their time and resources for your booking.
Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully:
Booking Cancellation Term
Customers may cancel their cab bookings by:
- Calling our helpline at +91 7316980636, or
- Messaging us on WhatsApp, or
- Using the “Cancel Booking” option (if available) on the website.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds depend on when the cancellation request is made relative to the scheduled pickup time:
Cancellation Time Before Pickup Refund Eligibility
- More than 4 hours
100% Refund
- 2 to 4 hours
50% Refund
- Less than 1 hour
No Refund
- After Driver Details Shared
No Cancellation / Refund
Driver Details Policy
- Driver and cab details are typically shared 1–2 hours prior to the scheduled ride.
- Once driver details have been shared, the booking is considered confirmed and non-cancellable. In such cases, no refund will be applicable, regardless of the cancellation request.
Important Notes
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
- Convenience or gateway charges (if any) may be deducted during refund.
- For cash bookings, refunds are not applicable after driver dispatch.
