Bookings can be made through our website, WhatsApp, or phone. All fares will be communicated clearly at the time of booking. We may ask for advance payment in some cases to confirm your ride. Prices may vary slightly depending on traffic, route changes, or waiting time.

Cancellations & Refunds
You can cancel your booking at any time before the driver is dispatched. If the cancellation happens after dispatch or the driver has reached your location, a nominal cancellation fee may apply. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Customer Responsibilities
Please ensure you are ready at the pickup point on time. Any damage caused to the vehicle during your trip may result in additional charges. We expect respectful behavior towards our drivers at all times.
